COLLECT by SoleSavy is your new marketplace. We built this platform to make buying, selling, and trading sneakers fairer for sneakerheads and more fun for everyone. That means more human connection, more transparency, and fewer fees.

Before you start adding to your collection, you need to learn how to set up your account. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to:

The first part of creating your account is to set up your profile. When setting it up, you’ll provide your name, location, your sneaker size, and what brands you’re looking for.

After building your profile, your next step is to set up a Stripe account. You must set up your Stripe account before you can buy, sell, or trade on the app. Stripe is the way we facilitate transactions between you and other members.

So to set it up, go to your Profile Tab, and click on the Menu icon in the top right corner.

Select “Set Up Stripe.”

Until your identity is verified, you are unable to proceed with buying, selling, and trading in the marketplace.

Your KYC profile is linked to the information you used to create your Stripe account. So, you cannot create the KYC profile until you fill out the information for your Stripe account. To verify your identity, simply follow the prompts after you’ve filled out your Stripe information.

After completing the Stripe and Verification process, you’ll be taken back to the COLLECT app.

Once you’re back in COLLECT, your last steps are to submit your payment method and fill in your contact information. The page looks like this:
