Go to https://my.solesavy.com and then in the top right navigation tap the red circle with your first initial. Follow the instructions below.
Manage Membership >
Select Premium >
Edit Subscription >
Change >
Click Premium at the top left in black
Change it to Premium Rewards
it is VERY important you select the Premium Rewards, if you do not you will not qualify for gift cards
Yearly is auto selected so you can click Update >
Update Subscription
Make sure the payment goes through
Once you have completed the above steps your membership type will now be Yearly Rewards and you will receive an email with further instructions.

Gift cards will be emailed within 2-3 business days of changing your membership plan.
