These guidelines have been created to help provide members with protection and transparency during transactions. They DO NOT guarantee a successful transaction, but following them will definitely help increase your odds SIGNIFICANTLY. That being said, always use caution and never do a deal if you don’t feel right about it. If you have any questions at all, please reach out to your Community Leader.

IMPORTANT: Any issues during a deal should be brought to your Community Leader immediately. Please provide evidence (screenshots, etc) and our team will evaluate the situation.

Looking For...

When you’re looking for a recently released pair of sneakers that you missed out on, #looking-for can a be a great place to let the community know that you’re still on the hunt.

It can also be a great place to let people know you’re on the search for a grail. For either one, follow these guidelines to help ensure a smooth experience:

When Posting...

HOW TO POST: Your posts in #looking-for should look like this…

FOR ANY PAIR YOU’RE LOOKING FOR: Please make sure to say whether you’d like to pay retail or if you’re willing to pay above retail. This helps avoid confusion and helps make sure everyone is on the same page when a seller approaches you.

When Replying...

FOR ANY RELEASE (NEW OR OLD): Unless a member specifically states in their post that they are willing to pay above retail, DO NOT offer or message them with an ABOVE retail price. If you fail to follow this rule, it will be considered reselling and your membership will be immediately reviewed by SoleSavy. If your conduct is deemed detrimental to the community, you may be given a possible ban from future transactions or even a full termination of your account.
