In this guide we are using Stackry as an example since we have found itʼs been working really well with SNKRS and a lot of our members have had great success with it.

Step 1 - Sign up for an account

First youʼll want to head over to stackry.com and set up an account. In put all of your information (email, password, CANADIAN address, etc.) This is the account that you will be shipping packages to from the US so make sure your address is correct.

When signing up, don’t forget to use our SS referral code for a $10 shipping credit!

Referral code: 7150896

Once youʼve completed that you should get a ‘Successfully Registeredʼ message appear. Youʼll have to verify your account with the email you registered with.

Step 2 - Login and Get your US Address

After youʼve registered and signed in, youʼll now have access to the Stackry dashboard. Here youʼll see your US address, complete with your specific unit number. That unit number is important because it is basically tied to your account. With many people using the service, itʼs important to always input your unit number when checking out.

Your address should look something like this:

A big benefit of using Stackry is that they are located in a tax free state. So whatever you order online, should come without tax in the US.

Step 3 - Use your US Address

Now that youʼre all set up with your US address itʼs time to put it to good use. Feel free to add this address into your SNKRS account or try it out on the Nike US site. Add in all of the address info including your locker/unit number. Input that wherever it says Apt # or 2nd address line. On a site like Nike, you wonʼt need to change your billing info, but on some Shopify sites like Dover Street Market, youʼll have to input your US shipping and your Canadian billing info. Check out like you normally would, and thatʼs it!

PLEASE NOTE: You risk having your order cancelled if you use a mail forwarding service like Stackry for SNKRS orders. If you don’t have access to a PO Box you can physically visit then this is a worthwhile risk.

Step 4 - Wait for your package to arrive at Stackry

After your package has shipped, follow the tracking to wait until it arrives at your US address. Once it has, you will get an email notification that a package has arrived at your locker/unit. From here you have a couple options:

  • Ship your package immediately using one of the 3 carriers (DHL, Fedex, and USPS)

  • Consolidate your package – you might want to do this if you are expecting to deliver a few packages to Stackry. You can ship out multiple packages in one order for a cheaper rate.

Hereʼs a rough breakdown of what itʼll cost to ship a pair of shoes to Canada.

  • DHL – Express – 3-8 Days – $28 USD

  • Fedex – Ground – 2-7 Days – $29 USD

  • Fedex – Priority – 2-5 Days – $55 USD

One benefit Stackry has over the other package forwarding services is that they do not charge you to use their services, no hidden fees. You just pay the shipping cost.

Step 5 - Ship your Package to Canada

Youʼll now be able to access the dashboard of Stackry and see and select the packages you wish to ship. Stackry has a great option that will allow you to remove the invoice OR declare/set a value of the goods. This is huge benefit because it will dramatically decrease the amount you will be charged duties and taxes. If you ship the package without changing the amount declared, you run the risk of paying a higher amount of duties.

Step 6 - Wait for your package to arrive in Canada

The final step is easy. Just wait for your package to arrive! Follow the tracking that Stackry will provide you, so you can follow along with the progress of your package.

Registering an address with Stackry will allow you to take advantage of many releases, especially ones that are open to US addressʼs only and those that would be too costly to ship to Canada Directly. If you have any issues with Stackry or any questions, feel free to reach out to one of the SoleSavy team members, or reach out to Stackry directly
