As of right now, the COLLECT By SoleSavy app is only available for those in the United States and Canada. While these two countries border one another, the shipment is still considered an international shipment.

When selling/buying from members in a country you do not reside in, you can expect lengthier shipping wait times, more expensive postage, and (potentially) even duties.

For Canadians purchasing from Americans:

Value for the product will be declared at the purchase price. If the transaction was a trade, the default declared value will be $20. If the transaction is a trade that includes cash and shoes, COLLECT takes the amount offered as the declared value. Duties and import taxes are applied based on declared value, you can read more about those limits here.

When shipping via UPS or DHL, the custom's forms will be provided digitally, so you only need to apply the shipping label onto the package.

Americans purchasing from Canadians:

The American duty-free limit is $800 USD. Packages below $800 USD are not subject to any taxes or duties upon import. Packages over $800 are subject to tax and duties. Value for the product will be declared at the purchase price. If the transaction is a trade, the default declared value will be $20. If the transaction is a trade that includes cash and shoes, COLLECT takes the amount offered as the declared value.

When shipping via UPS or DHL, the custom's forms will be provided digitally, so you only need to apply the shipping label onto the package.

What is self-declaration, and how can I do this?

If you are Canadian and want to avoid paying the courier Customs handling fee, please head to this page and read through the section “What are the steps I need to know to self-account?”. You can also contact your courier for additional information.
