Your privacy and safety is of the utmost importance to SoleSavy. So there are measures put into place to ensure that your information is kept private from other members.
SoleSavy does not store any of the identity information you share in the verification process, and your data never hits SoleSavy servers. Identity information is used strictly to verify your identity. Stripe uses many safeguards to protect data transfers, including transferring via TLS encrypted connections and SES-256 encryption at rest. Learn more about the safeguards Stripe has in place.
Your credit card information can not be seen by any of the other members. It is kept secure using Stripe. SoleSavy support staff can only see the last 4 digits of your credit card in cases when receipts are generated.
In regard to addresses, SoleSavy support staff can view your address when a shipping inquiry is made. Other members are able to see your address only if they are making a transaction with you. For example, once the transaction is completed successfully, the seller will see your address on the label that SoleSavy generates for you.
In every other instance, other members can not see your address information.
