There are generally no refunds, returns, or retractions in COLLECT. We do have some exceptions, however.
Returns and Refunds: If the Item you receive is inauthentic or not as described on the Service, then you may request a return by reporting the issue through the Service or by emailing [email protected].
You must report the issue within three days after delivery (as determined by the tracking information on the label) of the Item.
If your claim is approved, you will receive a refund.
Retractions: All sales are final. However, if it has been more than 5 business days and the shipment is not fulfilled, you may cancel the transaction and request a refund.
