If you are having trouble with your drop alerts, where you are getting notifications of products that you did not intend to receive through your keywords. This could be for a variety of reason including keywords that are too vague or negative keywords with incorrect syntax.
Please follow the following steps to ensure your keywords are setup correctly
You have less than 10 keywords
You do not have overlapping keywords (i.e 'Jordan 1 hi OG' and 'Jordan 1 hi -GS -WMNS') - You will still receive women's and grade school size alerts with these keywords
Ensure you do not have vague keywords such as 'Nike' or 'Adidas'. This will give you a notification for all products with the name Nike or Adidas in the product listing
