Why are my Drop Alerts not Loading?

A guide to fix the drop alert loading issue

When you try to click on the drop alert tab on the app but you are consistently getting a spinning circle. Similar to the image below.

Try force closing the DROPS by SoleSavy app and reopening it. This should resolve the issue. If it persists, try deleting the cached app data by following the steps below.

Delete app cache on iOS

  1. Go to settings

  2. Go to general

  3. Click on iPhone storage

  4. Here you will see a list of apps, go to DROPS by SoleSavy

  5. Click ‘Offload App’

  6. Then click ‘Delete App’

  7. After completing the above steps, you will want to redownload the app.

Delete app cache on Android devices

  1. Go to settings

  2. Click on storage

  3. Click on apps, This will take you to a list of apps on your phone

  4. Locate DROPS by SoleSavy

  5. On the apps info page, click on ‘Clear Cache’

After completing the above steps, this should resolve the issue and you should be able to access the drop alerts section of the app again. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected]
