This could be due to a build up of old data within the app. Please follow the steps below for the app platform that is applicable to you.
Delete App Data for IOS
Go to Settings
Go to General
Click on iPhone storage
At the bottom, there will be a long list of apps, find the DROPS app
Click on DROPS
Then click Delete App
After completing the above steps, you will want to redownload the app. This should fix the latency issue you are experiencing on the app.
Clear Storage on Android
Go to Settings
Click on Storage
Find the DROPS app in the storage list by clicking on Apps
Search for the DROPS app
Click on Clear Storage
This should fix the latency issue you are experiencing on the app.
