My Password Isn't Working on the DROPS by SoleSavy app

When you are unable to login via the DROPS by SoleSavy app using your SoleSavy credentials

  1. Ensure your email address/username and password are consistent with what you provided to SoleSavy

  2. Try logging in to solesavy.com to ensure the credentials are working

  3. Delete the app and redownload it if the login credentials have worked on solesavy.com

  4. If the issue persist, please email us at [email protected]
