To change your account settings, you need to click the Account Button at the top of your SoleSavy page. Once you click that button, you’ll see the option to view your settings.
How to Change your Payment Information:
The payment method used for your SoleSavy membership can easily be changed within the settings. Once you are in settings as stated above, click on Membership > Subscriptions > Update. From here, you will be able to change the credit card used to charge your membership.
How to Change your Plan Type
If you would like to change your plan type from monthly to yearly, this can also easily be done from the membership section in settings. When you click on Membership > Subscriptions > Change Plan, it will allow you to change your subscription type.
How to Cancel your Subscription
We here at SoleSavy would definitely hate to see you go. Before considering canceling, be sure to reach out to one of our onboarding staff to help you gain a better understanding of the features that SoleSavy offers for a much better experience. That being said, if you have exhausted every avenue and would still like to cancel, that can be done in the membership section of the settings. When you click on Membership > Subscriptions > Cancel, it will take you through the flow of our cancelation process.
How to Change My Password
When you click settings from your account, there is another ‘settings’ section you can select that will allow you to change your account email and password. Once in settings, you would click Settings > General to access this information.
